This document revises the Traffic and Transportation section of the Draft EIR (Section 4.5) and the Cumulative Traffic section of the Draft EIR (part of Section 5.4) due primarily to a new finding of a significant unavoidable impact that was not identified in the Draft EIR and other minor revisions and clarifications in both sections. This document also adds a new Section 4.8, Energy Conservation that was not available for public review in the Draft EIR.
