Now writes to inform Hobart that he has become a writer for this paper, but that he has no financial stake, and that this employment should not affect his strong recommendation of the paper. Wishes Hobart to pass this information on to Adams. Also informs Hobart that the paper that currently prints the laws in about to support Henry Clay, Adam's opponent in the upcoming Presidential election.
