He received a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Theology from the International Bible College and Seminary. Dr. Ford is the author of Racial Profiling Disorder: hate groups and domestic terrorism. He's currently CEO/President of Platinum Psychological Services. Dr. Ford is the Pastor of Dayspring Baptist Church in Detroit. He is also the President of the Dayspring Justice Center, a Racial Justice Think Tank in Detroit. He lectures nationally on the Intersection of Politics, Law & Religion, Racial Justice & Psychopathology.
